Ok, I know I said I was going to flood the page with goodies from the Kyoto show, but this was too much.

I have a friend who always posts his ferret videos, usually 2-3 a week. In following the chronicles of Kogane ("little bell", Albino) and Kotarou (Sable Mitt) as usual, I came across this one towards the end of summer.

Apparently, Kogane, being mistress of all she surveys, kicked him out from her sleep spot behind the fridge.

I swear, if it had been me, I would have passed out. 6.6

The 17th BiAnnual Japanese Championship Ferret Show is OVER!!

Somehow we made it through again. I don't know how, but we did.

Good news is not only do I have a LOT to report, but this time I was armed with a camera. I easily took 100 pictures which was a life saver since I was so busy running around that I although I "saw" many things, I didn't actually have time to "look".

Anyway, be prepared for the a flood of pictures not just from the official JFA site, but from an eyewitness's account (mine).

This month has been all about preparing for the Fall JFA National Championships. I am happy to report that I received a digital camera as a gift so in addition to the JFA pictures from the show I will be posting, there will also (hopefully) be some of my own personal pics.

And on that note, I would like to introduce you to a friends page. He not only has beautiful ferrets, but has quite a way with the camera and has taken some beautiful stills. There are too many to choose from but I am partial to the one of Sarah with the dark green background (fabulous color work there) and also the full body shot of Sarah peering straight up bathed in bright sunlight.
